What the app does

Lazy Fields: Idle Farm is a single-player farm you play on your Android phone. You plant and harvest crops, earn gold, raise chickens and cows, hire cat workers, and expand the fields. The game keeps going while you are away, and your progress is saved on the phone.

The shop sells optional items with Google Play Billing: a VIP pass that removes ads and keeps boosts on, and gem packs. Gems can be spent inside the game on offers such as animals, cats, and extra capacity. You can play without buying anything.

The game may show ads. Rewarded ads are optional. VIP turns ads off.

Why the app requests a Google account

Sign-in is only for cloud save. When you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, the app uses that Play Games account to store your farm save in Play Games Saved Games and to restore it on this phone or another phone signed into the same account.

For that purpose the app receives your Play Games player id and display name, and it uploads the farm save tied to that account. The save includes progress such as gold, gems, crops, animals, and purchases recorded in the game. The app does not ask you to sign in to create a separate Lazy Fields account, and you can keep playing with the save stored only on the phone if you do not sign in.

The app does not sell your Play Games identity. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Ads, when shown, are served by Google Mobile Ads. In-game mail is delivered through Firebase.
